double check either that templates sections order and drag to the correct position, or for any settings.
Otherwise the theme needs to be customized, find the JSON template and it will have a main section sometimes sections/main-collection.liquid
And in there change the source order of the elements for the description, the themes CSS may need to be adjusted or javascript espcially if there are any animations like parallax etc.
