Move language selector to footer in Dawn Theme

Really need to move the language selector to header on my website. Could anyone help me with the code?

I have read the other discussions on this topic and there seem to be no good option. I hope we will find a solution to this annoying thing in the Dawn theme.

Can you share footer.liquid file ?

search this text in footer.liquid file

and where it is closing then copy that code and paste in the header file.

your language selector is coming form app or code ? or in customizer setting ?

If I do that, the language selector appears in the left corner under the menu list. How should I edit the code, so that it would be either next to search icon or next to the my account icon.

Currently looks like this:
