We are currently using DPD Click and Collect via Hubbox for customers to select a store address they can pick up from instead of their home address. Customers can click on the DPD Click and Collect button and are given a list of stores to choose from. Once they have selected a store, Hubbox will auto fill in the selected store’s address into the Shipping Address fields.
The problem is people aren’t seeing the DPD Click and Collect button and so the button is hardly ever clicked. So I would like to move the Shipping Methods that are on the next page to above the Shipping Address, and possibly add the DPD Click and Collect button as a radio button so that this option is clearer to the customer.
Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you.
