How do I move this section to the right and then add a product image carousel?

From the screenshot you shared, it looks like you don’t have any product image added in the actual product itself. If you haven’t made any code changes yet then all you have to do is just simply go into Products in your Shopify admin and open this “Core Swim Brief” product and add an image in that and then you website frontend should be looking good.
