Hi,
I have a problem when refreshing my site, it makes the headers height to expand on all pages except homepage and terms page on desktop view (chrome and big screens). First I wasn’t sure what caused this but now i know its the placement of the Web Pixels Manager Sandbox Container.
The placement of Web Pixels Manager Sandbox Container moves when refreshing site.
Here it is as it supposed to be and how it is when i do not refresh:
Here is when it has moved and are wrong after refresh:
The help i need:
How can i make sure its stays in the same place when refreshing?
and
Which file is this html structure in?
Best regards, Leon
Hey @Leonpojen ,
Maybe just use CSS for a quick fix.
Go to your theme’s “Edit Code” Option, then in the search bar type “theme.liquid”
Below the tag “” tag paste the following. Screenshot attached for reference.
Screenshot is for reference only, the correct code to paste is the one shown above.

Thank you so much @ThePrimeWeb this worked perfect, just one question. This won’t affect the purpose of the pixel, so i don’t lose data about customer behavior ?
Hey @Leonpojen ,
Definitely not, This is just hiding it from view, but none of the functionality is affected.
