Moving a button added to a Page (Debut theme)

Hello!

I’ve successfully managed to add a button to a new ‘offer’ page, that links users to an external URL. However, it appears at the very bottom of the page. Is there a way I can include it further up the page, so I can add some text underneath it as well?

Thank you, but I know it’s a simple code and have actually now managed to add a button that redirects to the Google Form I need. I now just need to know how to move it up the page, so I can include text below the button as well. Will try and edit my question accordingly.
