Moving a product Metafields into order notes once purchased

Hello,

We have Metafields on products that let the warehouse team know where to pick the item.

Is it possible to add the metafeild into the order notes once the item has been purchased?

Hi there, yes, this is possible. We have done something similar for a couple of clients - using a custom app. Do you use any other app for the order notifications?

You can add the metafield as custom field on the product, once the user adds the product to cart and purchase it you will receive this value in the order details section
