I would like to move my e-mail in the footer to the left and also add a small description below the heading for mobile version.

I have disabled the site. I would like to have the changes on mobile and desktop please. I also have have space left in collapsible row for the topic descriptions. How can I remove that space, tried different codes but nothing is working.
