Moving Shopify App into Production (with Payment Extension)

  1. Currently, the app is connected to our test environment since we were in the approval phase. What would be the procedure to transition this integration to production? Will updating the URLs in our app to redirect customers to the production environment be sufficient? Additionally, is there a way to create a copy of the app to maintain a connection with the test environment alongside the production environment?
  2. We are working on introducing a new transaction type, which will appear as an additional payment option on the JazzCash landing page. For this update, we’ll ensure that the documentation submitted to Shopify is updated. However, would this addition require us to initiate a new approval process with Shopify?
  3. Given that Shopify frequently updates its APIs, if we need to modify our integration in response to these changes, would this necessitate a re-approval from Shopify?
