Moving social logos under sign-up form in footer - Policies as drop down menue

Hello! Please see attached image. How do I move the social images under the sign-up form in the footer? I am using the Motion Theme.

Also, am I able to make the “Policies” menue item a drop down list?

to change position of social icon below newsletter form follow this steps :

  1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > themes > actions > edit code
  2. Find layout > theme.liquid and paste this at the bottom of the file:
