I found it quite easy to move the product description by the “drag and drop” feature of Shopify sections.
If you cannot move the product description by the “drag and drop”, you can add a “text” block and move it below the product title. And simply hide the “standard product description”.

@SagarikaDas , thanks for the response! I’m not seeing that as an option for us. Here’s what our product page options look like:
There isn’t drag and drop ability. To clarify, we’re working within the order page and not a product-specific page though.
