Hi All,
Having scanned our website with MOZ this evening, we have 225 ‘?view=lightbox’ pages that are both ‘Missing Title(s)’ and ‘Missing Canonical Tag(s)’ … as such, this may have a negative SEO impact on the site in general.
Should we ignore them?
Should we try to ‘fix’ them by adding titles to each of them?
If so, how?
All of our pages should have title tags that accurately summarize the content on the page.
They are critical to both user experience and SEO.
Or, should we ‘redirect’ or canonicalise these pages in particular so that they can not be seen as standalone pages and therefore the missing title issue goes away for these pages?
I think the answer is to correct the canonical gaps … if so, how do I do that?
