Trying to upload a short (5MB) video to a product page. Supposedly MP4 is a supported file format… however it refuses to upload and instead produces the following error message:
“Video failed validation because it has an invalid filetype”
I have tried uploading the video from the mobile app as well as downloading the file to my computer and uploading from the desktop version and it produces the same error. The same video uploaded to eBay just fine, so there isn’t a problem with the video.
Does this feature just not work or what?
