Looping in cause we are moving to Shopify, one store with markets, and we are in the same situation.
With Stripe we had no problems managing two bank accounts (one for € and one for $), but now with Shopify payments I have seen that it is not possible to link payments to two different bank accounts.
I therefore join the request as it would be essential to better develop the markets and allow us merchants to develop sales, not to lose money in the unfavorable exchange rate and to consider opening up to new markets as well, (thus increasing more and more sales and profits for all).

I have a Swiss business and sell both in UE (in EUR ) and Switzerland (in CHF). Not being able to link 2 different bank accounts makes no sense! Especially when we all know that Stripe offers that option.
This is clearly a key feature for many businesses so it would be helpful if Shopify could provide a timeline of when this might be addressed? Many thanks for your help
Hi Maz, I have been waiting and subscribed to this thread so we can have this feature! Can you please check with the team and really put in a request for this. It seems to be very highly needed by so many people. We could also make a lot more sales and sell more with this feature which will in return increase shopify’s revenue as well from all of us merchants. This is a feature that is highly needed. So please please do try your best to help bring this to Shopify.
Hello, I had a chat with a Shopify Plus rep 2 weeks ago. He told me that a feature like this is on its way to Shopify Plus only. It would be released this year. So no luck for all the merchants on regular Shopify.

Why hasn’t this been implemented? This is an easy fix and would only take 1-2 days of development at the absolute outside. People have been asking fo rthis for years now & still nothing. We pay a lot of money each month for this platform & stuff like this should get fixed a lot faster than it is…

I can appreciate that many have been asking for this feature and that it might be frustrating to not have this on the platform as it would be beneficial for the business operations.
This is simply a feature that has not yet been added and it is expected behaviour in line with international laws and the nature of Shopify’s platform, however I am happy to go ahead and add this feedback for the developers along with the others for you.
This is not an acceptable response. All the platforms engage in this type of behavior, where they keep focusing on minor useless frills and ignore the meat and potatoes fixes that store owners need.
There is no reason for this change to not be in place by now.

Multiple payout accounts are something incredibly essential for businesses that sell for example across all of Europe. We plan on migrating 5 stores from Woocommerce to Shopify and only being able to receive payments in one currency account is a huge drawback (that typically means the store is more expensive to run or prices need to increase to balance currency conversions).
Shopify Plus is not an option for us, so if the feature only gets launched there it is not useful to your main (and biggest) audience of normal Shopify users.
I hope Shopify will recognize the increased revenue it will get by implementing this feature as a standard and helping users actually sell more and cheaper!
