Exactly! For those that do end up going through with their order, we have to go in one by one and adjust their shipping rates and issue refunds. This is an effort to show we are not trying to rip people off on shipping rates and to retain our customer base. It’s such a tedious process with many angry phone calls. The worst part is, we don’t blame them!
