Multi-Sku Product, Shared SKU inventory and Component Tracking app?

I am somewhat new to Shopify, and trying to figure out if there is a good APP to do the following. I’ve been looking at some bundling apps, but a lot of them don’t quite seem like what I’m looking for.

I have a product where you choose multiple components and it is put together during fulfillment. For a similar example, you might choose between a red, green, or blue shoe, and then you can also choose between a red, green or blue shoelace. All combinations are not already put together, so the components need to be tracked separately:

Red Shoes: Quantity 1000
Green Shoes: Quantity 800
Blue Shoes: Quantity 500

Red Lace: Quantity 500
Green Lace: Quantity 2000
Blue Lace: Quantity 300

Obviously the normal way it’s done is that each combination has a separate sku, but that doesn’t allow the tracking I need. If someone buys the Red Shoe with the Blue Lace on the product page, inventory should -1 red shoe, -1 blue lace.

In addition to the multi-sku option above, the components are also there own product listing (shared sku), and should relate to the same component SKU. So if you purchase a blue shoelace on its own, it should also -1 blue lace inventory.

Beyond that, there are other components that would be nice to track…If someone buys a red shoe, I know it needs shipping box A, pack-in A, etc. Is there any way to track these back-end components easily as well, so you know when you need to order more packaging, pack-ins, etc.

Is there a SOLID app (great reviews by more than just a couple of people) that can achieve all of these things for a decent price? Even if it’s something outside of Shopify that syncs, I’m open ears. Between inventory management apps, bundling apps, etc, it’s really hard to tell what exactly we need. Really appreciate any insight!

Here’s a detailed approach:

1. Product Setup:

• Create your Shoes product with Color options and their respective quantities (e.g., Red Shoes: Quantity 1000, Green Shoes: Quantity 800, Blue Shoes: Quantity 500).
• Keep Shoe Lace as a separate product with Color options and specify quantities for each variant (e.g., Red Lace: Quantity 500, Green Lace: Quantity 2000, Blue Lace: Quantity 300).

2. App Installation and Settings:

• Install the Easify Product Options app and create a new option set.
• Add an option for selecting Shoe Lace Colors with your preferred display type (e.g., Image/Color Swatches). Link each option value with the corresponding Shoe Lace product variants using the Add-on product feature.

• Finally, add the Shoe Lace options to your Shoe product:
