Multicolumn buttons overlaying images on Dawn Theme

My store, BootinBikinis is hoping to add dynamic buttons to our images in multicolumns but we are having trouble doing this. We ideally want to end with something similar to this image from BlackBough Swim’s website but we can’t find code to work. Any ideas on how to make this possible?

When you hover over the buttons they also change color.

Yes, of course, it is possible. It would require coding a custom section like that according to your requirements.
If you’re not familiar with coding then I suggest you hire a Shopify developer for you who can perform this task as it’s a task that is not only possible through CSS.
