How do I make the image itself the link though. This is what I currently have. I don’t want any sort of border around the image, and I don’t want the link below the image. I want just an image that is able to be clicked and takes me to a page.
Topic summary
A user seeks to create clickable image columns in Shopify’s Dawn 14 theme without visible borders or text links below the images.
Initial Solution Provided:
- Use the built-in Multicolumn section in the Theme editor
- Add images to individual Column blocks
- Insert links without adding a “Link label” to avoid text appearing below images
Current Issue:
The user successfully added the Multicolumn section but still sees borders around images and link text below them, which doesn’t match their desired clean, clickable image layout.
Alternative Suggestions:
- Dawn theme’s default Multicolumn styling may differ from the reference example
- Consider exploring alternative Shopify themes that better match the desired appearance
- Hire a developer for custom theme modifications if the built-in options don’t achieve the exact look
Status: The discussion remains open with the user still seeking a solution to remove borders and link labels while maintaining clickable images.
