I am wondering if there is a way to implement multi-currencies on my Shopify store without having Shopify Payments. So I want to display the certain currency based on where the customer is visiting from.

Yes, event without Shopify payment. Maybe you did not enable option automatically convert currency base on visitors’s countries. You can contact app support and ask for this option.
