Multifactor Authenticator Loop

Dearest users and admins,

I’m unable to add a payment method to my account since it is requiring Mutlifactor Authentication, which I get. I have already enabled this, by app and SMS, but unfortunately it’s still asking me to enable it.

I have tried resetting it, adding it back in multiple ways, but unfortunately, I’m still in need of enabling it (despite me already having it enabled).
