this seems to be an ongoing problem and wondered if there was a work around/ solution from @Shopify_77 yet
I have a warehouse and a physical shop. i have stock in the warehouse and the shop. i want to be able to manage/ keep stock levels in the shop but also allow the stock in the shop to be available as part of the main online inventory. ie. If we oversell the warehouse stock, the shop inventory is still available. (its only 10 mins away from warehouse so can grab it)
if i allow the products in the shop to be available for online purchase i get a double shipping rate for my customers.
if i get shopify to change to sinlge origin i understand i’ll loose the ability for pick up/ collection
this seems a bit of a hole in the logic.
is there a solution yet? most of the posts i’ve seen are a few years old on this.
Considering how much i pay shopify a month in subs/ fees i dont really want another bolt on app..
your hive-mind help would be gratefully received…!!
