Multiple pictures in a row with custom HTML smaller on mobile

Hey,

I have a problem. This is a set of icons I use to explain how the business works. On Desktop it looks fine but on mobile the icons are just huge and take up so much space. Is there a way I can allign them differently on mobile? Like for example make them small and put 2 next to each other for 2 rows (2x2)?
