Multiple products in a single subscription

I have a retail product with 1 single SKU.

I’ll like offer 3 purchase options:

  1. Single purchase, by quantity

  2. Quarterly Subscription, 3 units per delivery, billed each 3 months

  3. Annual Subscription, 3 units per delivery, billed annually

Am I able to do so with any apps or natively with Shopify Subscriptions?
