I’m not sure this is exactly what you’re after… However we have products that well sell at different price points (so exactly same product, SKU etc. just at different price points). However we also need to manage the stock for it (in stocky or elsewhere) rather than just using a custom item on POS. To handle this we use an app called ‘POS Variable Priced Products’, which works smoothly.
Ideally it would be a feature handled natively in Shopify POS but it works as a work-around.
