Multiples of same item not showing up on fulfillment page (XX Labels Printed page)

Hello Shopify Community,

While fulfilling orders, I will usually go off the items listed in the “XX Labels Purchased” page (just before a new window appears to print the labels). I noticed that multiples of the same item do not appear anymore and I only caught this because the weight of the order did not match what was showing up on the page. Going back to the Orders page, the customer did in fact order more than 1 of the product and it was not showing up on the page we normally use for fulfillment and only displays the items in the order but not the quantities of products ordered over 1.

Has anyone else had this issue before?

Is this an issue that Shopify is working to correct already?
