Hello, when my music loads on my website the music is automatically muted. Can we auto-play the feature please?
This is a mobile limitation for audio/video. If you are autoplaying a media it starts muted.
Is there a code to place to override it
May be the liquid part where audio is displayed try setting muted property to false. May be with js.
I was looking at the code and I couldn’t find it. Is there a work around for it?

Okay so you are using a paid theme. Can you point me to the audio file in your store?

Also since you are using a paid theme I will probably need Collab access to store because I can’t use paid themes to edit code in my dev store. If it was some free theme by Shopify It wasn’t an issue
