Go to settings then 
Click on “Settings” at the bottom-left corner.
- Select “Users and Permissions.
- Scroll down to “Collaborator request code” section.
- Copy the 4-digit code displayed there.
Send this code to your developer/partner via a secure method (e.g., email or WhatsApp).
- The developer will send a collaborator access request to your store.
- You’ll receive an email from Shopify with the access request.
- Click the link in the email to review the requested permissions.
- Once reviewed, click “Accept” to grant access.
