My 2checkout account activation application problem

hello. my store is operating from and i was adviced to set up 2Checkout as a payment method. its 24 days now and it still says “your account is under evaluation…” any solutions ?

With third party payment gateways such as 2Checkout, we would need to allow them to finish their evaluation process, as Shopify would not have any insight into this. That being said, I can appreciate that is a long time to be waiting for sure, it might be the case that they have a high number of applications right now. It might be worth reaching out to their support for an update on your application here at this link, and also reviewing the application process here in case there is anything you might have missed. I do hope you get an update very soon!
