I recently encountered an error message while attempting to access my Shopify account: ‘Account [email protected] doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.’
I checked my email for any related notifications from Shopify but found none.
I contacted the help center, and they indicated they would escalate the issue to their supervisors with a resolution timeframe of 1-4 business days.
This issue occurred previously a month ago while creating a store, and I did not receive a reason for that deactivation. I am still awaiting a response regarding the initial account issue. This is now the second instance of encountering this error.
