My Account -> Edit Addresses -> Add new Address not working

Hello there,

I’m having a weird problem on one of my project.

The Add new address form suddenly not working, event that I didn’t change anything.

Someone please help.

Here’s our dev environment:

Store: https://jnj-dev-store.myshopify.com/

Pwd: 12345a@

Reproduce steps:

  • Create new account

  • Login

  • Go to My Account → Edit Addresses → Add new address → Fill address form → Submit

I didn’t see any error, I tried to use ajax post with form data too and got no error. But the new address will not shown up.
