I woke up this morning and everything was working well. Until lunch came around i went in on my phone to check my recent sales as i had started tiktok ads in the morning.
BAM my store is inactive i check my email and its flooded by customers who recently purchased asking why my store is down!! I dont know what to tell them…
I check my email and its an email from shopify stating banned due to section 7? Its very unclear what had happened the only issue i know about is that my card was declined on the shopify store yesterday ( Sunday) but today (monday) the card was fixed and working as usuall.
So apparantly shopify closed down my entire business due to my card being declined evan though its now fixed.
My fufillment time is under 24 hours so my customers who bought that day need to be shipped out. But i cannot acsess to my backend to ship them out. Also almost all the money spent on marketing today was waste as the website link is down due to shopify.
I find this extremely terrible as its a mistake on there end. I contact support but as you know they do not do anything they just forward stuff to other team…
So now i am here stuck waiting on email for the ¨team¨ which will likely email me in 5 days and my customers is waiting on me shipping out my goods. DUE TO SHOPIFY MISTAKE.
I find that it is a discrace with so much money and effort and time and its impossible to reach out quick to the correct team to solve the issue. Very sad!!
Please reactivate my store i have done nothing wrong!

I have been using shopify for almost 3 years now and I have multiple shopify accounts in different emails and one of my stores shopify emailed me saying they terminated my store for violating their policies and standards and I haven’t done anything against their policies and standards. I have been receiving emails from a Gmail claiming their shopify compliance team saying they have been trying to contact me through my shopify admin not true and another Gmail email saying someone else has a shopify store in my same legal business name selling same similar products and they have started the procedures to file the business name as a trademark name and they can do the trademark for me faster than the other person using the same business name if I pay them shopify support to file my business name as trademark business name so other person can’t use my business name. I’ve never heard of shopify emailing from free Gmail emails with these kinds of scams. I believe someone else is opening shopify accounts in my personal and business information is why my store was terminated causing all my other shopify accounts to now be inactive. I filed the appeal with shopify and still haven’t heard back from them and I’ve checked my spam and other folders in my email nothing. I do the same activity on my stores as I always do for the last 3 years so haven’t done anything that’s against shopifys policies and standards. They are still charging me pretty much every day and shopify chat bot says when store is terminated login to your shopify admin to cancel subscriptions so youre no longer charged but when I try logging into my stores all say i don’t have permission to view this page try reloading page or go to store list and try logging in again and says the same thing and chat bot won’t connect me to a Shopify support advisor to chat so I had to cancel my debit card so they can’t charge me anymore. Not right to charge me when you terminated my store and made my other shopify accounts/stores all inactive and won’t let me login to cancel subscriptions or transfer my domains to a different platform. I love shopify but now after all this I’m very unhappy with shopify and just won’t to login so I can transfer out my domains and migrate to a different platform. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with shopify and this is how they treat me and won’t even specifically explain what I did that violates their policies and standards. Very unprofessional.
