My account is inactivate for 72 hours now

My Shopify store has been inactive for 72 hours now , every time I try to talk to a customer service representative through chat I am getting the run around that a account specialist will contact me and I still have yet to hear back via email from anyone… no one has answers for me and I have customer needs I need to fulfill in a timely matter. I can’t access my Shopify funds or anything … does anyone know how to resolve this issue ?

How would I find a ticket number ?

I’m in a free trial at the moment … but I already had a customer purchase through my store and now my store is inactive and I can’t access no funds.

Your support interaction ticket number will come to you via email once your interaction has finished. If the Support Advisor escalated this ticket, you will hear back from our team once they have reviewed your account. This can take 3-5 business days to complete. Once the escalated team has reached out to you via email, you can reply directly to them, as they are the best team to be in contact with about your store.
