My account was charged 29 and i need refund

Today my account was charged 29$ and i did not know that it would charge that much. I had a plan for 1 dollar for a couple of months and thought it would never switch to 29$ without my permission. I really don’t have the money to pay that as im going through a very hard time right now, and i would like a refund.
