i have been with shopify for 11 years and now all of the sudden is considered high risk, i have an anime store, recognize in the USA, with 5 brick and mortar stores, and shopify is canceling my account on june 7th, they already took down my website, i have send them all kinds of documentations, invoices, letters from distributors and IP owners, news articles, personal news articules, interviews, locations address, reviews, all that to the original email they sent me, and i have not gotten a reply from there, this happened last friday.
has anyone else gone thru this? and has anyone gotten their website back up?

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. While I haven’t heard of this exact scenario, it’s not uncommon for e-commerce platforms to review accounts for various reasons, including risk assessment. It’s essential to continue reaching out to Shopify support and providing any requested documentation to appeal the decision. Additionally, seeking assistance from legal counsel experienced in e-commerce and intellectual property matters may be beneficial in resolving the issue.
i have sent them, 5 emails, all of them with documentation, but i have not heard back, i am not even sure if they are receiving them at this point, is the lack of community common?

The lack of response from Shopify support can be frustrating, but it’s not uncommon during busy periods or for escalated issues. Keep trying to reach out through multiple channels and consider contacting Shopify directly through their support phone line if possible.
i did try to reach out through chat, but i do not see a phone line support, can you please share it.

Sure, you can reach Shopify support by phone at 1-888-746-7439. If you’re unable to find the phone support option in your dashboard, you can also try visiting their contact page for more information.
thanks, just called the number and the number is not in service anymore, the machine says go to support.shopify.com, and thats it, no real way to talk to them over the phone
I’m sorry to hear that the phone number didn’t work. It seems like they may have changed their support process. Your best option now is to visit support.shopify.com and explore the available support channels, such as live chat or email. They may have discontinued phone support or modified their contact methods. If you’re unable to find a suitable support option, consider reaching out to Shopify via email or live chat for assistance.
