The add to cart button is not working on the first click. I tested this on IOS, and the conversions are down. Can someone help?

You mentioned that you tested this out on iOS, - do you mean that this issue is only appearing on mobile devices, or have you seen the same behaviour on desktop too?
One of the first things to look at here would be your theme.
Have you recently added any new third party apps/custom coding to your theme? These things can have effects in placed where you don’t expect, so it is good to revise and see if this is coming about due to a recent change.
The best way to confirm whether this is a theme issue is by testing out your cart button on a fresh theme.
Yous can do this the following way:
- Add one of our free Shopify themes from this page here to your store.
- Go to Customize that new theme via the Online store > Themes section in your admin,
- Test the cart button and see if it displays the same behaviour.
