My add to cart button isnt working, please assist

I UPDATED MY THEME AND NOW THE ADD TO CART BUTTON ISNT WORKING, PLEASE ASSIST.

Have you tried to locally troubleshoot this, to see if the issue persists on other browsers and/or devices? If not, you can try the following:

  • Test your add to cart button on an incognito window
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Try another browser. For example, if you’re using Chrome, you can try test your store on Safari or Firefox
  • Use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet

If the issues still persist after trying the above, you can reach out to our live support team for further investigation, which can be done via our help centre here. Once you’ve logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist further.
