My analytics + Live feed aren't tracking correctly

I’ve had a week where I’ve noticed substantial errors in my tracking.

I had my biggest launch of the year last week but when I hit the button to make my website live it said that there were no customers on the website despite my phone notifications telling me I was completing sales. The live feed didn’t show a single person to be active on the website either.

I checked the analytics the following day to which it said that only 15 people had visited the site despite a much higher number of sales being complete that night.

Since then it hasn’t fixed itself and continues to show minimal visitors despite the sales proving otherwise. Is there anyway to repair my tracking ability for the website.

I guess this is a problem on shopify´s side… We have also had orders and still not counting visitors. Anyhow what surprises me is the lack of answers from shopify experts. I hope everything gets solved so we´ll have one less thing to stress about.
