We have some stores that are using Shopify’s headless solution that say that they cannot install our app. However, our app only uses the customer data from the store, nothing from the storefront. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Custom storefronts or otherwise wouldn’t prevent an app install. I would be asking for an error message or something that shows the hurdle they are seeing.
