Resolved: It is possible to use a payment against future Pause and Build bills. So you basically get credit once you have paid an upfront monthly fee. Persevere with support regarding this :slightly_smiling_face:

Just spent a huge amount of time on chat with support. To no solution.

My monthly fee is due today (I have been on shopify for 6 months, paying) and i’d like to switch to Pause and Build. However the chat support chap says I have to pay next months bill before I can move to Pause and Build. Which seems really counter-intuitive.

I’m not sure the chat representative understood… so I closed the chat and started the process again. And it was resolved.
