hi, any one can suggest me how to open shopify website in chrome browser, i have now open site in another laptop in chorme but when i try it with my main laptop in chrome then shopify.com is not open proper way
Could you provide more details on how it doesn’t open for you? If you could share a screenshot of what you’re seeing that would be helpful.

- Does this happen when you use Google Chrome Incognito mode?
- Are your browser and device up to date? If your device OS is outdated then your browser may be outdated until you update your OS.
- Is this happening on every Shopify page or just the URL shown in your screenshot?
Hi! If the browser is outdated and this is the case… what should I do to access my Shopify store. Its weird it works for one act not the other, may be the specific plan because one is larger. Anyway my question is, how do I access a Shopify store with a pro plan on an outdated web browser? Just got a new iMac and I’m excited to use and saddened that Shopify will not seem to work!
The error has no connection to your Shopify subscription. The issue is locally ended and will require that you use an updated browser. If you receive the error that your browser is outdated, then you will need up check that you’re running on the latest operating system for your device, then check that you have the latest version of the browser installed.
If you’re unable to acquire the latest version of the browser, then you can use a different browser such as Safari, or Firefox.
