Happy to help. While I’m not familiar with the third-party app you mention, Listing Mirror, but based off it’s features and its ability to edit and update product data, there may be an issue between your store and the app that might be worth exploring.
I would consider temporarily disabling the app for a period of time to see if the issue still persists or not. Additionally, it may be a good idea to reach out to their support team directly for possible troubleshooting steps.

I have store in amazon, walmart and ebay as well as shopify.
All my products get pushed from listing mirror onto my platform that I am using. So if I want to change something like a “tag” it can be done on shopify but if will just delete in a month or so. I learned that the hard way.
So if I tag something i have to do it on Listing mirror to stay tagged on shopify.
Gotcha, thanks for the clarification! I assume there is some sort of backend syncing schedule that Listing Mirror is performing that would explain the loss of tags every few weeks or so. Due to the changes not being done in their app.

I am having the same issue. We have listing mirror and my pictures won’t change for different colored things. I have to update in Listing mirror. I spent a whole day putting size charts in the description on shopify only to go back 2 days later and them be gone. I feel like I am just chasing my tail. I fixed all our sizes to be in order on shopify, only to be updated by listing mirror. How do we turn off listing mirror to stop making so many changes. It would be nice to just work on Shopify and not go back and forth into listing mirror. Problem is, I have like 5,000 sku’s. Listing mirror talks to our inventory (skuvault)
