My customer can’t select shipping method to her country

Hi, Happy New Year! :slightly_smiling_face:

My customer just emailed me, she couldn’t select shipping address to USA.

I sell from Canada, I selected all the shipping zone and went to setting , activated market to USA, but she still cant choose shipping method for some reason.

I have only one shipping method which is automatically calculated one.

I ship world wide. All the products are selected to physical.

I don’t know what is the problem. Please help meeee
