My developer will create a done for you store and needs my token code. How?

I purchased a done for you store from an ad on TikTok. However, when following his video steps to create my store, he stated I needed to copy and paste my token code and shopify ID into a box. However, I don’t see anywhere to enter it. I’ve tried reaching out to the developer but I’ve not got a response. Any help is much appreciated.

Warning! Don’t enter your Shopify token and ID from the “done-for-you” store ad.

This is a security risk! These credentials grant full access to your store.

What to do:

  1. Change your Shopify password immediately.
  2. Consider reporting the developer to Shopify.
  3. Build a secure store yourself or find reputable Shopify Experts.
