If you want to transfer a Shopify-managed domain to another domain provider, then you need to unlock your Shopify domain and provide your new domain provider with a domain authorization code. Can you confirm that you have provided the authorization code to your new host, and the transfer has been initiated? If so, this can take 5 - 7 days to complete.

which I changed before closing my account but the ones I originally had still remain
