My editing panel( on left hand side)is not displaying,

When my Home Page loads I should be able to see a editing panel on the left hand side where I can change the Header, upload images etc. I just get the page without this panel. Does anyone know how I can recover it? Thanks in advance.

To open the customizer, you need to go to the online store and click the Customize button near the desired theme - https://prnt.sc/12e8rtc

Hi Alex thanks for your reply. I have done that, and the right page loads but not the side editing panel

Thanks Alex it was Chrome causing the issue tried Microsoft Edge and it worked fine Thanks again
