Current Status:
The issue remains unresolved after multiple days of back-and-forth with Shopify support. Another user has encountered similar problems with Gmail on Android, where emails don’t display fully and become oversized when expanded. Both users attempted to share screenshots but couldn’t attach images to the forum.
When testing my campaign via email on my laptop the campaign displays perfectly. The campaign does not in my outlook mail app on my iphone.
I can’t attach my jpg files to show you the errors here unfortunately. I did open a ticket but no resolution.
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and how they fixed it?
The font does not match, sections display that should be hidden. Completely off.
No, I have not. I called Shopify on Monday. Took many hours to communicate and have someone start to assist me. I am waiting on a call back again now. They told me they fixed the issue and tested on computer and phone on their end and all is displaying fine. However I use outlook mail app and it did not resolve. The email view on laptop is fine.
Of course. I tested on outlook and its not displaying on phone correctly. On yahoo its correct except for font style. Must be an outlook issue but also that shopify needs to list the correct style fonts in their campaign dropb style menu and have brought that to their attention 4 days ago. No fix yet.
Its the email marketing campaign within Shopify. I have people trying to resolve the issue at shopify. Tested email on gmail, yahoo and outlook. Wish I could attach screenshots here.
Hi did you ever get this resolved? I’m having the same issues where the preview is perfect but then when I open the sent email (this is Gmail on android) it wont show the whole email - then when you click ‘view entire email’ it makes it so big you can only see half and you also cant zoom out or pan accross
Is this just my email being weird?
I have screen shots but it looks like jpgs aren’t supported on here
