A powered by Shopify Store is using my personal email for customer service. I have hundreds of emails flooding my inbox from upset and confused customers asking about their orders. I talked to a Shopify agent via chat but the issue is not resolved. I signed up for Shopify so I could post this questions here, but I don’t want to set up a store. I need my email removed from that store immediately. Please HELP!
