I have not received a verification email no matter how many times i’ve requested & yes i verified the spelling. I also can’t delete the domain to start over with connecting it. please help

If so, I’d encourage you to confirm that the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. To learn more about this, you can check out our Connecting Third-Party Domains document as it touches on this further.
These DNS Records include:
Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
Point the CNAME record with the name www to `shops.myshopify.com```
If you’re able to successfully make that adjustment to the A Record, I’d recommend attempting to verify the domain again to see if this helps to resolve.
Alternatively, if you’re unable to make any adjustments to the domains DNS Records, you will want to Contact Support. This will allow our support team to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
