My GTM doesn’t fire the tag on the checkout page.
I added a screenshot for the GTM in the preview (debug). I eventually need to create a Facebook pixel event that sends - “initiate checkout” event.
For triggering GTM on the checkout page you have to put the Facebook Pixel code and Facebook Standard Event tracking code/Conversion tracking code in the specific place. follow below steps-
Go to the Settings > Checkout > then scroll down to the end and see Order status page box and put the pixel code and conversion tracking code. it will work!
What if I have to use a one-page checkout where additional scripts are no longer supported? I pasted the code inside customer events, but it doesn’t trigger at checkout on checkout_completed.
I am facing the same issue. Unfortunately can’t get working it.
