My images have been optimized/crushed withcrush.pix but are still too big. Do I need to redo all pic

I have used crush pix on my images. I have A LOT. I read the recommended size is about 70kb and some of my images are 250kb. Is there a way to crush again or do I need to redo all of my site’s images? Arg
